Our workflow

Mission Planning

We predefine inspection routes using DJI Pilot 2’s Waypoint Mission and Live Mission Recording features. These routes can be repeated for consistent data capture over time.

Data Collection

Once on-site, the drone is deployed in under two minutes. It follows the saved inspection path autonomously, capturing both thermal and visual data.

Data Analysis

Collected imagery is reviewed to identify potential defects. Temperature anomalies, corrosion, or loose components are flagged for maintenance.

Reporting

We provide clear, visual inspection reports that include detailed findings, thermal signatures, and recommendations for corrective actions.

Yes. The DJI Matrice 30T offers up to 41 minutes of flight time, covering several kilometers per mission. Using automated waypoint routes, we can efficiently inspect extended powerline corridors without manual re-flight.


Absolutely. Our Matrice 30T captures radiometric thermal data that highlights temperature anomalies in connectors, wire clamps, or insulators — allowing early fault detection and preventive maintenance.


No. Our inspections are performed safely at a distance from live lines, so there is no need to interrupt power transmission or shut down systems during flight.
